This magnificent house located in Madrid is an example of this and this is how its owner, Cristina Jüttner, explains: “Afandecor has been able to understand me perfectly from the beginning and translate all the ideas I had in my head into reality. My house has turned out better than I imagined.”

In such a large place, the priority was to make the most of the entire space, while creating differentiated and personal spaces in which the warmth of a home would predominate. The living room, the main room of the house, reproduces these principles perfectly. By opting for light tones on the walls, a feeling of spaciousness was achieved that combines perfectly with Cristina's good decorative taste. The main furniture and the small details chosen with care provide that touch of color and elegance that can be seen in the photographs.

In the comprehensive renovation that Afandecor carried out in this home, another of the main maxims was to take advantage of natural light with large windows and doors manufactured by ourselves. Being a completely exterior house, insulating materials were chosen to protect the interior from any inclement weather.

Afandecor is also at the forefront of the latest construction techniques as can be seen in these two specific places in Cristina's house. The main staircase that leads to the upper part has a great role in the house. In the same way as the floor of the house, the staircase was made using the microcement technique. This material is very easy to preserve and has allowed us to create an exclusive design. On the other hand, in the outdoor area of the garden, technological wood was chosen for the floor, a compound that has minimal maintenance needs, that has a lot of durability outdoors and that offers many design possibilities.
