In Spain we have different deductions or bonuses for the energy rehabilitation of homes. Measures that are considered as energy rehabilitation:

Requirements to request rehabilitation aid:

Subsidy amounts
Subsidies can be obtained for the following amounts:• Up to a 40% of the investment with a limit of €3,000 subsidy for each home.
• Until 20% deduction in the next personal income tax return with a maximum of €5,000 base per year.
